When entering your email, please note that some large companies that offer free email have internal spam filters that do not allow email tickets to be received from our servers. AOL, Yahoo!, and MSN are some of the email domains with this known problem. It is the responsibility of the person requesting the locate to make sure they have a valid ticket. Locates are generally entered the day they are received during normal business hours. If you do not receive a confirmation of your request, please contact the center at 811 or 800-351-1111. If you are having trouble receiving your ticket confirmation emails, you may have to try a different domain.
